2KRecruitment LTD are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with proven track record to join our growing team. Our business is all about our people and it’s crucial that we attract and retain the right talent. This position is based in Bristol, Kingswood House. As a Recruitment Manager you will be a successful recruitment professional who understands our business culture, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, highly organised and tenacious. Acting as a strong ambassador for the company you’ll source candidates directly as well as working with our recruitment suppliers. You will use a wide range of recruitment techniques including search, headhunt and work in partnership with business leaders to research and design a consistent recruitment procedure.
Recruitment Manager responsibilities will include:
Develop and manage full recruitment services including filtering and shortlisting CVs and applications, arranging phone call interviews, preparing offer letters, issuing comprehensive candidate feedback and creating an excellent candidate experience.
Developing innovate ways to attract and retain employees
Train our business recruiters in best practice recruitment & selection.
Work in close partnership with the Director to develop a compelling employer value proposition.
Build excellent relationships with external recruitment agency partners
Champion best practice and provide sound advice to business leaders on recruitment best practice.
Build and manage candidate pipelines through a number of channels including social media, job boards, recruitment partners, networking events and through employee referrals.
Streamline resourcing processes with a focus on the candidate experience.
Analyse management information to develop areas of focus i.e. recruitment analytics including time to hire ratios, cost of hire etc.
Act as point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters.
Develop and deliver consistent brand and attraction methods and communication materials.
Maintain and organise databases with candidates’ data.
Occasionally working after working hours from home. I.E- Answering calls and placing Candidates for work the next day when needed.
Recruitment Manager desired skills:
Proven track record in an internal recruitment role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work and absorb pressure, whilst maintaining a professional approach
Work to strict deadlines with excellent time management skills
Over 5 years experience with in recruitment
Discretion, confidentiality and resilience.

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Summer Fridays finish 3:30pm Winter Fridays finish 4:30 pm
